We transformed this home into a
mid-century dream for our incredible clients that would be moving in after their second child was born. All with an open concept kitchen and two full bathrooms, our vision incorporated fun pops of color to complement a crisp euro style canvas.
While the challenges with existing conditions were great, the rewards far exceeded our expectations. We simply love how we were able to balance the space with a sense of home and harmony.

MAISON LALONDE
A true labor of love, we completely revamped our Italian home into a relaxed, cozy, and inviting sanctuary. As a few extra hands were needed to execute our vision, we enlisted Marc’s parents all the way from Canada!
To achieve the look, we focused on classic black and white finishes accented with warm woods, leather tones, and statement pieces. Each space was uniquely designed for comfort living with minimalist and functional décor. The final product couldn't be more suitable for the two of us. Home sweet home!

VIA DEL ORO
Go bold [and] go home was the vision for this stunning villa. Renovated from top to bottom with high-end materials and craftsmanship, our goal was to bring contemporary flare to the Italian hillside village inspired architecture.
The design intent was to visually break up the open concept layout into separate rooms by selecting contrasting flooring. The rich palette included polished marble, exquisite natural stones, Italian furniture, built-in wine cellar, and a custom indoor fountain.

VERNER
This trendy project was all about creating an environment with maximum comfort in mind and a blend of eclectic and elegant touches.
Featuring quartz countertops, Italian cabinetry, rich textured tiles, and warm hardwood flooring, the interior design was inspired by local boutiques and restaurants for an extra touch of style. The luxury suite is full of artistic details throughout which allow for the ultimate experience for those that crave the city vibe.

CASTILLO ENGINEERING
The hunt was on to find a new commercial office for our friends at Castillo Engineering. The existing space ticked nearly every box but needed a head-to-toe renovation! Our design focused on creating both an inspiring and motivational environment with branding walls, a reception desk, millwork, glass writing surfaces, adjustable standing desks, and lighting.
To see this build-out through, we worked with the national award-winning contractor firm, Macon Building, and they thoughtfully executed our vision for an impressive final product.

ALORICA
GOLDMAN SACHS
As relationships are the heart of our business, we were honored when Macon Building requested our design services for future projects after teaming with us on the Castillo Engineering build-out. We started with the interior lobby design at Alorica’s testing center in Salt Lake City, Utah and have since expanded to other locations for the company.
Working with Alorica’s branding package, a rich and contemporary reception space was developed featuring an illuminated reception desk, logo wall, and various other custom details & finishes.

Curated as both an investment gem and relaxing getaway for our dear friends & owners of the Lake Sue project, our simply sophisticated design balanced this home’s transitional aesthetic with elements of modernity.

After closing, our clients granted us full access and the green light to surprise them with their second turnkey project. From the bedroom terrazzo floors, indoor/outdoor game room, and custom art & molding details, to the revamped kitchen, master ensuite, and outdoor entertainment, we were able to create a multifaceted and livable haven resulting in the ultimate juxtaposition of beauty.

WELLINGTON TERRACE
Keeping things fresh, airy, and playful was the motto of this functional retreat designed for family of the Castillo Engineering team. As an intimate part of the process, we sourced a fun wall covering inspired by their daughter’s name coupled with a gallery of sweet memories.
These unique, personal elements were paired with furnishings that were both chic and kid friendly. Board and batten details connect the grand room to the rest of the home, while ceiling features add just the right touch of dimension. Our friends now have an envisioned place to gather for dinner or game nights or breakaway to a workspace with serene views.
